• Barramundi with hot potato salad, asian greens and coconut and galangal broth
• Scotch fillet with boulangere potato, roasted beets and smoked tomato

Desserts

• Spicy chocolate pudding with vanilla bean ice-cream
• Apple and calvados tart with cinnamon sabayon and toffee apple
• Ricotta baked cheesecake, tomato sorbet and sweet basil tuilles
