ENTRÉE

Fettuccine, smoked salmon in a dill and garlic, white wine cream sauce

Thai fish cakes served with a crisp herb salad and lime chilli dipping sauce

MAINS

Grain fed sirloin steak, 300g on a bed of mash, asparagus, caramelized onion and red wine jus

Breast of chicken filled with garlic butter and prawn and crab meat mousse, oven baked and served with sautéed potatoes, panache of veges and drizzled with a light cream sauce

All meals served with seasonal veges and potato mash or fresh garden salad and sautéed potatoes

DESSERTS

Warm pecan pie with butterscotch sauce and pouring cream

Tom Petrie's special mixed berrie crumble, served with double island cream
