Overview

I've lived in Brisbane for over 20 years and have been a Celebrant for 13 of those. I was invited to become a Celebrant because of my unique experience in Education and Public speaking. In other words Celebrancy found me!!

My local knowledge is extensive and I'm familiar with most major venues in Brisbane and some special little nooks and crannies that are beautiful and unique spots for your wedding ceremony. I am also familiar with little known locations between the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast.

I have conducted several celebrity weddings on television and radio but I am just as much at home performing a quite intimate wedding as I am a large public one.

I will create a ceremony that is uniquely yours. I am a creative writer and you will benefit from my experience.

It is important that you surround yourself with competent, experienced professionals on your day as this will provide the best opportunity for you to be relaxed.

It is part of my mandate to ensure that you remain relaxed and calm during your wedding. Once you arrive at the venue it is my job to make the service flow and put you at your ease. Couples often say to me that for them, speaking in public is one of their greatest fears and one of the most worrying aspects of a their day. I will make it as painless as humanely possible whilst making it meaningful for you.

I have a portable P.A system to ensure that your ceremony is heard by your guests and also a Bubble Machine if weather permits.
