We arrive approximately 4 hours before serving time with all fresh produce in chilled containers and our staff immediately begin spit roasting the fresh meats in our award winning smokeless gas ovens. This time is essential to enable the Golden Roast trained cooks to prepare your selected roasts and spit roast to perfection.

We are renowned for our generous servings of food that will truly satisfy the heartiest of eaters and we never run out of food for the number quoted. All unconsumed food remains with you.
